Meet the Team
- Lance Westcott, MS, PT
Lance is the founder of Westcott Physical Therapy. He graduated from the University of California San Francisco in 2003 with a Master's of Science in Physical Therapy. He has worked in many different health care environments including outpatient private practice, inpatient facilities, and acute rehabilitation. He has a passion for physical therapy and enjoys working with patients of all age groups. As a former college athlete, he particularly enjoys sports rehabilitation and assisting athletes back onto the field following an injury. Realizing a dream, he has returned home to open his own physical therapy clinic in Los Altos. He is married and has four children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and rooting for the San Francisco Giants.
- Jillian Wasson, DPT
Jillian graduated from The University of Long Island-Brooklyn with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She brings her valuable experience in orthopedics and sports medicine. Her caring personality and passion for helping people is her greatest asset. This has been a homecoming as she is a Los Altos native, graduating from Los Altos High School. In her free time, she enjoys exercising and being with her family and friends.
- Maggie Hurd, DPT
Maggie is a silicon-valley native who holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Long Island University-Brooklyn as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from University of California, Santa Barbara. Maggie enjoys incorporating her passion and well-rounded experiences in dance into her physical therapy practice to help her clients with dance and sport related injuries as well as a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions. In her free time Maggie enjoys hiking and spending time with her friends and family and is currently choreographing and performing with Natasha Carlitz Dance Ensemble.
- Paige Lucus, DPT
Paige graduated from University of California San Francisco/San Francisco State University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of California Santa Barbara. At UCSB she developed her enjoyment for working in orthopedics as she was a Student Athletic Trainer for various sports. Paige has a huge passion for working with the neurologic population in physical therapy, and she has taken this passion outside of work to volunteer with adaptive climbing and other adaptive events in the Bay Area. In her spare time, she loves rock climbing, hiking, camping, beach days, and spending time with friends and family.
- Raziel Rizzo, PT, DPT
Raziel graduated from the University of California San Francisco-San Francisco State University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy where her love for human movement was fortified. She has worked across various health and community-based organizations which have informed and shaped her journey to become a PT. Her roles have included clinical researcher, health advocate, and program developer for adaptive athletes and middle-high school students, she is also PWR certified (parkinson's) and MFD certified (fascia). As a DPT, her professional interests include using movement science to address health disparities and establishing sustainable interdisciplinary work to combat chronic neuromuscular conditions. As a native San Franciscan, and Nicaraguan-American, she has a profound appreciation for diversity, which she enjoys experiencing through her love of food and traveling. When she's not treating patients, you can find her listening to soulful music, chasing the sun, or avidly strengthening her body through exercise.
